EURO IV78 IS TRIPLE GLAZED WINDOWS PROFILE, USUALY OPENS INWARDS.
The advantages of IV 78 SOFTLINE profiles as compared with IV 68 SOFTLINE wooden window profile system:
- IV 78 profile is 10 mm wider than IV 68 softline profile (its width is 78 mm), therefore it offers better thermal characteristics.
- 44 mm thick glass packs may be used and this improves heat insulation and soundproof characteristics.
- IV 78 softline profile is much more rigid than standard IV 68 profile.
- The glazing rebate cavity in the corners of the sash enables to remove the condensed water through the drainage holes in the aluminium profile of window frame;
- The main seal at the bottom of the sash presses to the wooden part of the window frame, whereas in previous cases the seal used to rest against the aluminium profile and often freeze to it;
- The outer aluminium-cladded horizontal plane of the sash is inclined by 20°, thus enabling to easier remove dust, snow or rain;
- Unique weather strips with beads eliminate the possibility for the gap to form between the sash and the weather strip, as well as provide elegant and singular appearance.
